Spring..... by Tracy Blackwolf

 Hello everyone!

Hopefully we're all done with the snow now- So my project for today is an art tag for Spring!

I started by stamping the tree of life stamp, then the face.
Then I cut out some masks for the eyes so I could color them later. I used a post it note for the mask. Then I sprayed Spray stains until I was happy, then dried with heat tool and repeat until I had it how I wanted.

I also used a paint brush on my brown ink pad to put some branches in the tree.
Then I painted her eyes and lips and added some blue at the bottom corner of the tag for balance.

I stamped the mushrooms and fussy cut and then painted it, gathered some paper flowers and hot glued them on. I added some white gel pen details to the mushroom caps.
Then I stamped the insects and used sparkle gel pens on them.
Last, I found some sentiments from my TH sticker tablet and glued them on. I find they tend to fall off if not glued.
Hope you enjoyed!

SYMPATHY CARD by Fran Chalmers

 Hi everyone!

Unfortunately, I have had some sad news over the last week and have had to make a sympathy card.  It's relatively quick to make and I hope you like it.

I wet some card (which holds water well) and then sprinkled Ost. Blue brushos onto it, dabbing the excess water off with a tissue.

When I was satisfied with the amount of colour, and the card was completely dry, I stamped the main stamp in Versafine Clair Nocturn.

I then went round the edge of the mat with a blue Sharpie pen to match the tones in the brushos.

I stamped the inside of the card with the lovely sentiment on grief in Versafine Clair Medieval Blue.

Once I had stuck the mat onto the card, I grounded the tree with some Distress Ink in Blueprint Sketch.

Stamps Used:

Other Items Used:

Brushos (Ost. Blue)
Versafine Clair in Nocturn and Medieval Blue
Distress Ink in Blueprint Sketch
Blue Sharpie Pen

See you next time.

Moonlight howl by Cathy N

Good morning, Cathy here with a moonlight mini slimline card.

I started out making the background with some pigment powers. I did blue and yellow. I then stamped the moon in the corner where I had the yellow.

I then colored it in more with a yellow marker.

I then stamped fir tree silhouette on the bottom multiple times.  After that I stamped howling coyote  in the middle of the trees. I added some white spray and layered it on a black card base.

                                                                          Stamped used:

                                                                           20157 moon

                                                                          19723 fir tree silhouette

                                                                          19709 howling coyote

Ray of sunshine.... by Tracy Blackwolf

 Hello everyone!

For todays blog project, I decided to start an art journal.

Here is the first page.

To start out, I sprayed spray stains and some water
I then dried that and painted on some twinkling H2os paints. Then I sprayed black soot spray over all and dried that.

Once dry the sparkly paints showed through very nicely. hard to show on camera but its very subtle and pretty. Next I stamped my girl and wings and cut them out. I decided to leave them uncolored since the page is so dark already,
I found some hand made paper in my stash and tore that and glued it down. I also used some washi tape for added interest. I glued that down as well since it likes to lift off.
Before putting paper on, I stamped bats all around. after paper is on I stamped the headstones. also a note, To help protect the next page I used a larger  thin tag board in-between. You could also use shrink wrap. next, I attached the wings to my girl and put foam tape behind her and stuck her on the page. I stamped the saying and used foam tape on that as well.
And that is it! The note book is by Canson and is labeled mixed media. There are 30 pages and its 5.5 x  8.5 " and the paper weight is 138 pound. I tend to used a lot of water and paint so I wanted a paper that could handle it. I'm very happy with it.
Stamps used:
Lady hair blowing    7006
Cemetery                  18907
I am  a ray of fucking sunshine     20176
Flock of bats    18909
Bat wings set     14339

Other supplies
Distress spray stains;   Black soot, lumberjack plaid, salvaged patina, shaded lilac
H2O's watercolor paints
handmade papers
washi tapes
Mixed media book

Wobble Nosferatu by ~*Arwen*~

 Hi Lovelies ❤

Welcome back on this Blog!

Today, I wanna share my wobble card. It's the first time, I tried this one and I had so much fun :)

Close-up:

And a short video to see the card "in action" :)

And that's the way, how I made it:

1.)First I choose my materials for my bobblehead. I took the Nosferatu motif, Staz on for stamping and watercolor paper.

2.) Stamp and cut out the image. I painted around the cut edge with a black pen.

3.) I now color the Nosferatu head with my handmade watercolor paints.

4.) I now glue my wobble to the back of the cut out head. Now it can be put aside for now. We won't need it again until later.

5.) Now the background is designed. For this I choose the Place Face Here stamp. However, I only use the lower part of this. I don't need the hat. I expand the motif with a micronpen.

6.) I color the background with Prima watercolor paints and a water tank brush.

7.) I refine the background with a bat stencil and Distress Oxide.

8.) Now we can stick our wobble head in the correct position on the card.

9.) The final touches and the card is ready.

All stamps, I used:

- Smear/smudge

- Fuck Head

- Vampire Nosferatu

- Place Face here

Other supplies:

- Watercolor paper

- Staz on

- handmade watercolors

- Prima watercolors

- Posca pen white

- Micron pen

- Distress Oxides

- Stencil

- Cardstock

- Wobble embellishment

See ya soon *mwah*

Wishes by Tracy Blackwolf

Hello everyone-
Here is my blog post for today. Just a simple tag . Enjoy.

I used spray stains in various blues for the background. I  stamped the dandelion in white pigment ink and embossed with white embossing powder. I used sticker words for the sentiment and I glued a rhinestone onto each of the dandelion seeds flying off.

Short and sweet.

Stamp used:
